Session Pricing

Our unique training approach allows us to price our personal fitness training much lower than other personal trainers. This is because we work very quickly to get you to train yourself though the use of a virtual training app. In the early stages of training you will work directly 1-1 with an NLF trainer and as you progress to understanding the exercises and routines, you begin to work independently through your fitness routines. Of course, your NLF trainer will still be in touch with you daily through the virtual app to answer any questions you may have and to  make sure you are continuing along your fitness journey at the right pace.

All along the way you and your trainer determine the right volume, tempo, and exercises that will help you meet your fitness goals. Based on your feedback, your routines may change to reflect your progress and to continue to keep you moving forward. Our goal at New Life Fitness is to make your fitness plan part of your daily life and to make you more educated on fitness so you can begin to own your own fitness plans. Personalized training 8 week plan

This is the first step in getting your plan set up and its free! In order to develop a custom plan for you we need to understand your fitness goals, your previous workout history, any physical limitations you may have, and how best to interact with you. This free session can take place via the phone or in person. 

This phase involves the development of your first personalized fitness plan geared toward your specific goals. This plan consists of an 8 week fitness plan and includes one 60 minute training session with a NLF trainer. This initial session allows the NLF trainer to instruct you on the exercises in your plan and also allows you to ask questions and make any suggestions to any changes you may want to the plan. You and your trainer will discuss if and how many additional training sessions you may want and need. Subsequent plans start at $80 for an 8 week 2-3 day a week plan and $100 for an 8 week 4-7 day a week plan plus $8 a month for the Trainerize app which provides access to your training plan, exercises, and videos. 

Ongoing training

In this phase you will be working more and more on your own through the virtual app while having periodic 1-1 sessions with the NLF trainer. You will still receive updates to your fitness plan and other communications  via the virtual app. You, in conjunction with your NLF trainer, will determine how often you will need direct in person 1-1 sessions with your NLF trainer and how often your fitness plan needs revision. Revisions to your plan occur at the end of your training plan duration and are $80 for a  8 week 2 day a week plan and $100 for a new 8 week 4-7 day a week plan.  In addition, if you decide to use the mobile app after your first training plan duration there is an ongoing $8 per month app fee to cover the cost of the online app.
